For these colorful images I had some fun with a clear glass baking dish, cooking oil, and a colorful torn paper background.
I placed the dish onto of four glasses to hold it above the background and dropped in the cooking oil. Using a telephoto zoom with an extension tube attached I tried to focus on the "bubbles" of oil that floated on top of the water.
